Growing up surrounded by peach trees and their abundance of blossoms in spring in the country, Rachel Uys developed a respect for nature at a very young age. In 2005 Rachel moved to New York City and attended New York Flower School before working at several of the city’s top floral design boutiques. Since her return to Sydney in 2010, Lavande Designs has flourished. Based in Sydney’s lower north shore at beautiful Cremorne Point, the studio of Lavande Designs is an always busy hive of beautiful blooms!
With almost fifteen year’s of experience in designing flowers Rachel’s focus is to create memorable spaces filled with beauty and detail.
